Indoor Turf matching grant fundraiser

Acadia Fire FC is proud to announce that the Lawrence Family Foundation will match up to $20,000 of donations to provide new turf throughout our entire indoor facility at the Acadia Soccer Center. This allow Acadia Fire to double the amount of our existing turf for a total of approximately 12,000 square feet while also replacing our existing aging turf.

The expanded turf area allow us to increase our programming and allow for more simultaneous programming. The facility is also used by many other local youth sports organizations to get practice time in when weather or snow or muddy fields would otherwise not allow.

The Acadia Soccer Center is home to AFFC’s programming which includes soccer training for ages 2 to adult and TOPSoccer Program in partnership with the Downeast Family YMCA, along with being utilized by many other local soccer organizations, baseball teams, ultimate frisbee, church gatherings and birthday parties.
